Didn't like that gray look on the rocker panels and front and rear bumper....so I did something about it. I'm no professional, but I think overall it looks a lot better than stock. Also gave the tow hooks a lil something that makes them stand out. What do you guys think?!

Looks good. My truck is also white and I have been thinking about doing this but wasn't sure how it would look painting all the grey to black. Could you post a couple of full view pics so I can get a good idea how it will look?

Thanks! Looks pretty good! I think I may do this when the temperature cools off some.
Also thinking of black vinyl for the roof, that panel behind the hood (paint chipping and peeling), and the center of the hood. Never going to be able to match 20 year old white paint.

I have same truck - been using a product called Solutions Finish - got it on Amazon and it really worked … needs reapplied every 4 - 6 months here in Florida

I have used the Solutions Finish as well. As stated it lasts 4-6 months. I bought it specifically for the running boards. It's o.k., but not a permanent solution.

looks great, i have been using bumper paint and trim paint, for 10 plus years and need to touch up every 3 years, and to me it makes the truck look newer. i detailed cars back in arizona where sun kills plastic and used silicone on rubber and plastic and it protects for years, but paint last longer and does not attract dust as easy.

YUP did my black truck.... works mint... PREP prep prep is the key.
