I need to replace the lock on the rear of my factory tonneau cover. The vehicle is an '02 ST. I've attached a couple of pics of the lock assembly. Will the above referenced aftermarket lock cylinder work? My locksmith will key it to match my existing key.

It was not an aftermarket lock but a lock for a different tonneau cover. It turns out the original lock cylinder that is appropriate for the '02 is available again! Part number is 1L5Z-3543262-BB. Just Google that number and you will see who carries it. Turns out I didn't have to replace my original lock. For the longest time my key refused to go all the way down into the cylinder. After loading it up with Tri-Flow lubricant it finally decided to work. It's been a year now and all is still good. Replacing the lock is not a simple task as damage to the plastic surround that houses the lock is easily damaged.
