    Blast from the Past

Most of my hair fell out due to my now 19 year old daughter. There's not much left for the little one to turn gray

    Blast from the Past

Yep... we had a little Doughgirl and she is now 2 1/2 just the thing to keep me young. She is quite the handful and I'm sure she gets that from her Mom :-) My new truck now has its own 'Oh S&*t' handles so you no longer need to lock yours in a safe when I'm down your way. I will be in...

    Blast from the Past

All... Greetings! It has been a long time and I just wanted to shoot a quick howdy to my former ST Family. Things are going well in the Doughboy household and I hope all of you are doing well also. There are times when I miss the Doughmobile but life goes on... Take care, Chuck

    Toyota in the news

Yes... Global warming and El Nino I must say that I truly am disappointed in the proportions mentioned for the Toyotas. That's one of the reasons I don't own a Toyota. When they improve to 90-100% Japanese parts and labor... then I might consider a Toyota. BTW... My two Nissans...

    MS Word Hyperlinks

Okay I got it. Because I got the same MS Help advice I decided I needed to change my search string. I typed in "hyperlink field code" and came up with the fact that hitting Alt+F9 hides the code in the document. Hitting Alt+F9 put everything back where it should be. It makes sense. I...

    MS Word Hyperlinks

I tried that and still get the same thing. That just makes it so that it doesn't automatically format a URL I type as a hyperlink. Inserting a hyperlink manully at that point leaves me with the same result.

    MS Word Hyperlinks

I am having a problem with MS Word 2003 displaying hyperlinks. Where it previously would display the hyperlink text in blue and underlined... it now shows the syntax {HYPERLINK "filename"} This was not a probelm in the past. Unfortuatlely my 10 month old likes to sit on Daddy's lap and...

    Weather question

There is a very fine line sometimes between Snow, Sleet (a.k.a. Ice Pellets) freezing rain, and plain old rain. First of all... all start out as a solid. If the solid precipitation falls to the ground through an entire layer of sub-freezing temperatures (or a very shallow layer of warm...

I get to drive this car on the 26th

In my opinion the M3 is one of the finest cars ever produced. To drive the Dinan, they would first have to install a rubber floor mat to catch all of my drool. Enjoy the ride!!

    06' Ranger Spray on Liner...

I paid to have Line-X installed in my 2000 and my 2005 Frontier came with a factory spray-in liner. It will cost between $350 and $450. Definitely stick with those two. I've heard good and bad about both. I'd suggest looking at some of the work done locally as the quality of the work will...

Something I'm Pondering -- Need Opinions (Updated)

Good luck on the promotion and your decision. Since I'm Guard and AGR and it has been since the late 80s since I had to deal with reg AD stuff... What is the "penalty" if you turn down an assignment. Also... We reach sanctuary after the 18 year point, does that apply to you as well?

What is done at a "weigh" station?

I drove moving trucks from PA to FL twice. On both occasions, I pulled off at every weigh station that was open. Some have vague signs that say all trucks must exit... while others are very specific that even rental trucks must stop. In most of the weigh stations on I95 there is an arrow that...
