2002 4x4, Black w/Tan Leather, Sunroof
This is my second Sport Trac.
The first was a Black 2001 2wd. I drove it over 125,000 miles for business between 10-01 and 11-03. The only repairs were normal. (2 sets of tires, 2 sets of front brakes, and oil changes every 3k to 5k)
When I had to buy a vehicle myself, the Sport Trac was the only answer.

Update 01-21-2010:
Well I still have the 02 Sport Trac.....but now it has 245,000 miles.....to date: Only normal maintenance, oil change as close to 3000 miles, Goodyear Wranglers about every 60K miles, and brakes it seams about every 20K to 25K. I did change the rear end to an 03 disc at about 125K when someone install a pinion seal for me to tight and caused the gears to go bad.
I have tracked every fuel fill and continue to get 17.2 to 17.3 as an average per year.
We purchased a collision repair facility in July of 2007
www.swcollisioncenter.com
Therefore the yearly mileage was decreased to the 25K range....

06-24-2011: Update......
286,000 miles and still going strong....
Normal oil changes, tires, and still has the orginal trans fluid....(to late to change it now!!!)
I am currently working on a new hood with a mustang scoop, the on that goes down not up....photos uploaded....

03-05-2014: Update.......
Well it looks like 361K is all I going to get out of the factory engine......it has developed a "heavy oil blow by issue"
Getting ready to install a reman engine and have the transmission rebuilt. (it too as 361K miles...and the original trans fluid)
Hope to back on the road for another 350K in a week or so......

09-10-2015: Update
Just hit 400K miles.......
Yes, I installed a reman engine & rebuilt the trans about 40K miles ago, but who looks and someone that has had a heart transplant and says....well, it's REALLY not anything special...that they have lived so long, they did have new heart installed.......

Still looking good on the outside and inside.....
Trying to make sure I repair things as needed to keep it as new as possible.
