in the market for people mover Tahoe/Expediton/Explorer i always come across the former Police/goverment vehicles, are they worth looking at? they all seem to have the high "highway" miles

So what do they do with recycled oil?

What about recycling? Are they not recovering enough to make a difference? Don't dealers use recycled oil?
