My wires were bent so bad, I didn't even try to hook 'em back up. So now, even though my wheel loks better, the cc doesn"t work. Oh, well

    cruise control buttons

I had previously printed out your project instructions and had them handy. My problem came when removing the wires from the switches; they were extremely difficult. I got the job done, but bent a few of the wires so even though it now looks good, they won't work.

Saying a fond farewell to my Trac

I like the looks of the new Hnda Ridgeline much more than the previous model. I talked to a guy who had a 4x4. Said he paid around $30k and was getting around 30mpg. Good looking truck.

THOSE AFFECTED BY HURRICANES ??? Check in please

I was affected by "Andrew" I live between Beaumont and Port Arthur, Texas. I got about an inch to 2 inches in my den which is lower than the rest of the house. It ruined my carpet and drowned my computer. I'm using a borrowed one and walking on bare concrete. But I'm better off than a lot of others.

Thanks for the info, but that much is too much to pay for two little pieces of plastic.

    Front End Noise

If, as he says, he is sitting in a parking lot and the other sport trac is parked too, then I would suspect engine noise, not suspension noise, since nothing under there is moving unless they are both turning their steering wheel at the same time.

    cold running

A week ago I posted a message about my truck running cold (indicated). Coincidentally I was having a rough cold-start. Both problems seem to have cleared themselves up. These Sport Trac's are strange critters.

    cold running

It was a dark and stormy night............no, really it was a cold rainy day. I had to run a few errands. At the first, I left the truck running and I noticed the temp gauge did not move. Eventually, after stopping to check the level in the reservoir, the gauge came up to about 1/3(it usually...
