I think that I have a bad thermostat, 'quite slow to warm up even at 70 f outside. Do I have to remove lots of intake parts to get to it? It has been in about 40K miles or so. tks God bless Ed

The shop looked at the A/C Friday. They said the evaporator was leaking but that it was under the hood not behind the dash! New to me under the hood but why would he want $400. labor for the job? Has anybody done this? It's hot over here! thanks Ed

Aloha folks, the A/C quit 'day before yesterday. It cycles every 2-3 seconds in the carport, but no cooling. Does that suggest anything other than a low charge to you? YouTube says clean the condenser. God bless Ed

You could try priming the oil system on start up. ( full throttle, the car will not start, crank until the oil pressure is up, get off the throttle and it will start normally). I have been doing this for the past 20K miles or so and so far it is holding together. God Bless Ed
