Got this error code "CEL" tonight. Any thoughts on what it might be (aside from the obvious)? She wasn't running hot.. right around 185 F. which is normal. All "could be" thoughts are welcome. :)

Thanks for the responses everyone.. I'm going to take her to my local repair shop to have the brake and transfer case work done. Andy, I should be picking her up on Monday. When i get the paperwork back I'll post what the charge would have been without the warranty.

Our Trac's have a chain not a belt

Got lucky today. On my way to the dealer the tranny slipped and the OD light started blinking. Somebody up there loves me :)

Wow.. i started getting this about 3 weeks ago. With light accelration (sp?) it will slip, sometimes really bad between 2nd-3rd. I'm taking it to the dealer this week. I pretty much know how to get it to slip so I'll have to take a service rep for a ride. I'll report back what i find.
