So I still don't know the part number but this is what it looks like. Much smaller than a 194 bulb. I got some at Napa $1.50 but forgot to ask the part number. They had a loose bag of them so no packaging.

Agreed great advise. I'm my case I had the battery at 14v on my slow charge. It was a bad remanufactured unit. Sometimes when we go cheep we get junk... lesson learned. Yeah I had a little 3-inch flame coming off the alternator when I open the hood.

A couple years ago I got an alternator from advance Auto parts installed it the next day I was warming up the truck before giving my son a ride to school and he was like a Dad what's that smoke coming from the hood ran out grab the hose pop the hood the alternator was on fire. Thank God my son...

I just finished replacing Body Mount positions B/C/D on the 2003 Trac. I had planned on replacing all 8 mounts position A/B/C/D but when I removed the Battery Box and Air Box I could see that my radiator mount is rusted an broken where position A attaches so I need to order a new one before...
