I saw this on central Oregon Craigslist. Looks like a great deal, I thought someone might be interested.

Mine does it also, I never noticed it until I read this post. I start my vehicle with my foot on the brake so I don’t hear it unless I press the brake with it in PARK after it’s running.

I peeled the rest of mine off. Lightly sanded the white plastic piece, taped everything off and spray painted it flat black. Looks so much better and the paint has not peeled.
