I'm having to do body work and just to save time I was going to use a litely textured bed liner following a body line- came up with the fender and wrapping all around. I know you only went to fender flares but that front fascia looks good! Did you take it off to paint or just taped everything...

I had that problem- in fact it caused so much resistance it jacked up my programming of the rear window, wouldn't ever go up. I had to remove it just to program the window properly. I have still yet to try and put it back, I think (hope) I still have it.
