I think this information (attached) is the parts diagram for that cover (I've used these numbers for my 2007). Try online at Ford Parts Giant... I've not checked for the hinge cover you're trying to find, but often that site has stuff I can't find elsewhere.

Picked this one up a couple of weeks ago. 2007 XLT V8 4WD, one owner, 16 years of service records, 83xxx miles.
