Last weekend my wife got in a fender bender in my Sport Trac. There was only damage to the front bumper and grill. Where can I find replacement parts for this?

Would the holes be open now or are they plugged with stopper looking things? I can picture a hole at each corner with a stopper looking thing on each side.

What kind of brackets are used? What tools would I need to install them. I would feel more comfortable if I did it on the spot. I will be purchasing it on the way to a football game and will be traveling on the interstate on the way home. What would be a fair price for the cover?
