I would just like to say thanks to all for this great site, all the posts and projects over the years have sure helped. I imagine I'll be still lurking around from time to time.
The new ride I picked up in January is a 2015 F150 4x4, so still in the Ford...
Week fuel pump was the cause, only putting out 20 psi.
It took a long time to turn over to get it started but then it would run ok but hesitate at heavy throttle, which makes sense.
The truck would not start this morning, I checked codes P0191 came up fuel rail pressure sensor.
When I turn the key to the on position I can here the click for the fuel pump but I do not here the pump run, would a bad rail sensor stop the pump from priming like that?
I replaced the fuel...
Replaced a few on my Areostar van, make sure you get the proper tubes to attach to the DPFE, fuel lines or other tubes can't handle the heat or gasses, they collapse/degrade pretty quickly.
Also my 05 Trac had a fuel pump control module go bad, that will also cause the pump not to work. Mine was under the box on the cross over support, check that first mine was very corroded. Of course they changed the pump first then found the module was bad :(

After I get back from Fort Myers spring break vacation I'll give the used aluminum drive shaft a try and buy some lottery tickets too.
Has any one had any luck rebalancing their drive shaft?
The truck picks up a shimmy at around 65 or 70 mph, it tends to come and go as I drive on the highway and it feel likes it is from the rear end. Tires have been rotated and spare put on and same shimmy at same speed.
