Absolutely. That stuff is some of the biggest nightmare on the planet. It clogs, radiators and clogs heater cores, and something very rarely ever want to use.

sport 2 door ( 98-03??) work but 4 door does not.

Clear corners are illegal per DOT. The truck is 20 years old, they sell no parts for it, they will not make them anymore. many people have modified projectors.

I know tire size pisses off the computer at some point if mismatched or out of the "Ford" range

This could actually be a belt tensioner..... I would remove the serpentine belt and start the engine for a min to see if the noise is still there. If not, its an accessory, if it is, then its internal.

Bad sender in the tank... Must replace fuel pump and level assembly.

Do you happen to know if the t stat had the built in air ball? I’ve seen when that’s not there cause this too.
