Has anybody used those pillar covers they sell on eBay? I know they just stick on over the original covers, but do they stick out much? Hate to buy them & put them on & not like the looks of them. Linda

Have them vinyl wrapped... Easy and quick...

I bought a set from Amazon or Ebay but havent had the time to install....wont do it till spring now. Check YouTube on refinishing the originals...with a compound/polish you can get 90% of the scratches out and save yourself the trouble/cost of replacing

Finally installed...look original. Also ceramic coated before install. Amazing diff.

Those look good. Did you cover them or buff them out? Because my stick-on eBay jobs already suck…scratched and looking ugly. I’m gonna take them off and try the finish restore…(sand, compound, polish)

11/1/21 Trouble and cost was about 10 minutes and $25. Now the pillars look brand new again.

Take most comments/reviews with a grain of salt because most things look great when new.
Example are automotive trim restorers that look good when first applied. NFL = Not For Long.

Cerakote product looks good, but I was referring to spray or liquid treatments used on plastic exterior trim such as bumper covers and cladding. The way overpriced Wipe New and Stoner's Trim Shine aerosol worked best for me. Regardless, both last less than one year even when parked in a covered garage. Refuse to paint plastic trim, because it still "looks" painted.
