I think my tensioner on the passenger side is leaking. Is this easy to do? I just did a oil change.

Very likely a common valve cover leak. Telltale is oil residue ABOVE the rear hydraulic tensioner. Clean off the oil, run the engine, and and see if oil reappears above the tensioner. Most 4.0L SOHC valve cover leaks occur towards the rear because of exhaust manifold heat. Here's an old pic of my passenger side valve cover leak. Traces of oil and stains are above the tensioner.
