Greetings to all,
I replaced the CR2032 battery in my key fob but when I press on it, nothing, zippo, nadda... Has anyone else experienced this problem?
 
did you checked all the contacts?
 
Did you put it in right side up ??
 
Wasn't trying to be smart ass, just have seen that happen before.
 
My wife sez I come across abrasive !!! LOL
 
I read that the there is a communication relay in the 2005-2010 Fords that fail over time. I’ve tried a few batteries and a few different remotes for both my STA and my wife’s Ford 500 with no luck.

Considering the price of the batteries and the price of a 2-pack of new key fobs I bought the 2-pack and followed the instructions to code them to my ST. Easy peasy.
