On my stock ST. I average 440 kilometers full tank or about 270miles. Is that bad? i do city drving in manila philippines which is traffic all day.

hhmmm...the bilstein's are "high end" from what i have gathered. And some say they are indeed stiffer. Might go for the Bilstein then. :)

Here in Philippines, the 4x4 shops sells both Bilstein and Old Man Emu. The later is a bit cheaper. Wondering which would be good for my ST 2001 4x4. I do city and highway driving.

I got a ST 2001. mileage is still low 30k kms. I was wondering what sort of setup will improve fuel economy? willl the KKN filter work? or the use of a "chip" work?? any info will be appreciated.
