Those are great exterior pics there Rod, esp. in the sunlight. The Vapor is akin to the Dark Shadow Gray on Ford's palette, it's a chameleon-like body color, b/c the metallic appears differently in various lighting. In the middle of the 08 ST brochure, the spacer spread w/ the Silver Vapor ST...

Hey all - Planning on gettin an 08 ST XLT, though torn between the two Silver's (Birch or Vapor). What's y'alls styling preference on this color choice? I know the Vapor is a versatile metallic in different lighting/sunlight, though the Silver Birch I like b/c it kinda matches the chrome...

Anyone here tried swapping roof rails (i.e. black for silver, or silver for black)? I noticed they're not on the accessories list, the step bars are. Or are they considered a non-serviceable part - not removeable for whatever reason (roof leaks, headliner risk, etc)? Danke, RJ

Hi there, has anyone tried using something like the Thule XSPORTER (TM) as a Sport Trac pickup truck rack? Here's the link. I drilled down for the 08 Ford ST, and it kicked back with a generic "does not exist e-mail our staff for help" message. Thoughts?
