    i have a 2007 ST 4.6 V/8 . Does any one know if this is a hard to change ? Or let a shop do it?

    synthetic fluids-worth it or not?

    How many miles is on oil when changing once a year? I do mine every 6MO. However, it MAY have 3,000 miles if that.

    2007 sport trac 4.6 v/8 lower radiator hose.

    Has anyone changed a lower hose on one of these? I cant see where it goes LOL. I was under there yesterday changing my oil and looked at this hose and it disappeared behind structures LOL.

    Well I'm new again. It was easier to re-register than try to make new changes but I am back .I am living in Northern Indiana more Easterly side where most of the RV'S are made. I have a 2007 Sport trac just turned 98,000 miles on it. This has always been a good place for everyone to learn about...
