    Front Rotor Moves on Studs

Permatex Ultra made specifically for brakes and high temps. I bought the 8 ounce for best value and a "lifetime" supply. https://www.amazon.com/Permatex-24110-Ultra-Brake-Caliper/dp/B000HBNV6W Or Ceramic Extreme. https://www.amazon.com/Permatex-24125-Ceramic-Extreme-Lubricant/dp/B0018PSASU

Fan moving in and out- bad water pump bearing? (also noise)

With the engine cold, remove the belt and start. Listen carefully for noises from the belt driven components. If nothing is heard, place the screwdriver tip on the front of the driver valve cover and rear of the passenger valve cover. Also the primary timing chain in the front center. Possibly a...

    Odyssey Batteries

Odyssey Extreme looks like the original DieHard P-2 Platinum. Bought in 2009 and just replaced it earlier this year. Never had a battery last 13 years. Replacement DieHard AGM from Advance is lower CCA and doesn't have the cool handle.

Bulletproof Front Sway Bar End Links

4802 is the number molded into BOTH ES and Prothane bushings. Would not surprise me if they are the same. You said black Prothane bushings do not use graphite in post #41. Quote from Suspension.com link in post #43 for Prothane bushings. What about the graphite rumor? The black bushings do...

Bulletproof Front Sway Bar End Links

Rodger, ES 9.8103 and Prothane 19426 bushings are identical. Dimensions and durometer are the same. Both have "4802" molded into them. See cross reference in link below to compare. https://www.energysuspensionparts.com/9.8103

Max AC switching from Vents to Defrost (check valve questions)

    This? https://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/motorcraft,YG360,vacuum+control+valve+(vcv),4980 I don't believe 2001-05 (Gen 1) has the YG-360 vacuum control valve.

    2005 Windows and instrument panel

I would contact CBM before doing anything. Describe your issues and listen to what they have to say. 2004-05 clusters with digital odometers are known to cause all kinds of problems because so many things are connected to them. I've been lucky and only had two temporary "glitches" that went back...

    2005 Windows and instrument panel

^ Just a suggestion. Some members here and on other forums used CBM with success. https://sporttrac.org/search/373895/?q=circuit+board+medics&o=relevance

    2005 Windows and instrument panel

May just be a coincidence after your 2004 was stolen, but your intermittent gauge and window symptoms sound very similar to the issues CBM describes. https://circuitboardmedics.com/2004-2005-ford-explorer-sport-trac-instrument-cluster-repair/

Anyone Using After Market Rubber Floor Mats?

IIRC, the 2007-10 Sport Tracs bare rubber floor causes a fitment issue with molded floor liners designed for 2006-10 Explorers with carpet. Same applies to 1995-01 Explorer floor liners fitting 2001-05 Sport Tracs.

Bulletproof Front Sway Bar End Links

@WinoOutWest 7/16" all thread should work fine, and have been proven to hold up even when extended several inches with lifted trucks. Did some research regarding K7275 bolt diameters of various brands and found the "Quick Steer" brand uses 7/16" x 10.29" bolts at a much lower price than Moog...

Looking to replace tie rod bushing and sway bar bushing/ends

Tie rod bushing? Are you referring to outer tie rod end dust boots? If so, they are notorious for failing long before the tie rod ends themselves. Same applies to lower and upper ball joint dust boots. Haven't seen direct replacement dust boots for them, but Energy Suspension and Prothane both...

FB = FaceBook. Probably FaceBook Marketplace. Googling is almost always faster than waiting for a reply. Agree, and I'm the same with acronyms. Doesn't take much longer to type COMPLETE words.
