No aux input. Early 2007:

2007 models (which I also have) didn't have the aux-in connectors. I have the CD Changer factory unit and when I press AUX it brings up SAT1 and SAT2, etc.. Which radio do you have? Here's a gif of me pressing AUX on my radio.

It was the wheels. Shop said the fronts were off by an ounce! I had them inspect the U-joints and main carrier bearing and all were good.

I'm looking to install a CarPlay unit, but all the reviews I read on anything under $600 (on Crutchfield at least) indicate severe lagginess on CarPlay or issues with connecting. Anyone have any luck with CarPlay on an aftermarket unit?
