Ok Just after I got my 10" kicker mounted in a box a new design came out. It is a Tympani LAT system. The PVL-5 is a push pull desgn that is 7" long and is compared to pushing TWO 10" subs, and the bigger PLV-7 is compared to Two 12" subs... I don't believe everything I read. But ALPINE...

I have wanted to upgrade my system without getting showing off too much and get my system stolen... again. (last car got hit 3 times in 18 months) I just ordered 2 sets of Rockford Fosgate Punch FRC4257. I looked at crutchfield and best buy a while back and these were over $100 a pair...
