I've seen some other posts that the cause for the "rear end clunking" sound is "normal" although I've never heard it before. I can shake the wheel and feel movement. A previous post said that it isn't that hard to replace the C Clips. Does anyone have a project or pictures?

I just installed a new 4x4 Control Module in my 2001 ST because I could hear the "clicking" but it wouldn't engage. Now, I've replaced the module, and it goes right into 4wd High - but never into Low and I can't get it out of 4wd High. Any ideas?
