I have a bed mat from a 2001 Trac for sale. If I remember right, it does have the Sport Trac logo on it. I have no clue if it will fit your 2010. I'll try to add a picture of it this afternoon to my gallery.

The soft cover snaps onto a rail frame that attaches to the top of the bed/cargo box via turn buckles that attach to the 4 cargo hold-downs in the bed. No, the soft cover does not lock other than the tail gate locking. It can be unsnapped at anytime. The cover looks grey in the picture...
