I just had a left one installed due to a failed anti-lock sensor. Price...just under $400. This was on a 2002 4X4.

Hey Mark... I just took off what I believe to be a Westin Safari bar and the tow hooks were still on the truck. I want to get rid of it if you're interested. It needs a sanding/blasting and some paint. Of course I would prefer if you were in the Milwaukee area so I would not have to ship...

Hey Guys....Thanks for the tips in my earlier post. Used a socket and a bar. Took my time and used a penetrant, but unfortunately still ened up snapping one bolt...:cry: So, do you know if it is possible to replace that inside bracket if I can't get the remains of the bolt out? Thanks for all...

Thanks guys...I'll get the Allen socket. I was just concerned that these 2 hooks were giving me such a problem compared to all the rest. I also noticed some sort of red LocTite type substance on the other threads, but had no issue removing them.......Pete Eddie....can I reach/see this area...

I'm swapping out the hooks with the plates that I just got from Todd (Happy Birthday!) on my '02 and I'm having a problem removing the furthest rear hook on both sides. The bolts are VERY difficult to turn, to the point of the allen wrench bending. All other bolts came out fine. Any ideas for...
