i dont know what it is but there is something rattling in my rear headrest..it sounds like pieces of plastic or something just rattling around inside of them...if any of yall know what this is or what it could be please let me know...regardless of what it is im still gonna take it in to get it...

i took the roof racks off my truck...but i noticed when i took them off that there were some washers on top of the holes that the screw came out of....i was wondering how do i get these off. are they glued on or is it just that they are rusted on or something..if anyone has any info on what to...

for those of you who have removed the roof rails what do you use to fill up the holes that are left when they are gone.
