Whenever I turn on the a/c it takes about 5 minutes before it starts blowing cold - it has been like this for a year or so. Why is this do you think?

i put a gauge on it and it said 100psi or something. It is really weird because it blows cold air fine after 4 minutes and in operating temperature.

where is the high side port? I don't know if i got it on all the way or not. it just scared me that it was reading over 100 psi and in warning mode!

I bought a can of refridgerant/oil with a gauge and tried it out. It looks as though I may be doing something wrong because when I put the gauge on it and push down, it looks like it reads over 100 psi. Is it possible I was reading from the hi port or something? Where is the high side port?

Thanks for the info! I will look into renting a regular tow hitch connected to the frame. As far as renting goes, I have absolutely no idea - I will really need to look I suppose! Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Hey Guys! I have an '02 Sport Trac with 82,000 miles on it. I need to tow a 1999 Trans Am from about 4-5 hours away. What are your recommendations? I have never towed anything before.
