    Sweet rim idea?

It will probably ride a lot like the 24 and 26 inch wheels with the 35 series tires.

    Sport Trac-1 Idiot=0

Bill, Was it because there were 5 or 6 of them that Kerry is lucky to be alive or because they were black? Just a question. Probably taken out of context, or was it? "5 or 6 black youths? and you stopped to talk with them? your lucky to still be walkin the earth dude"

Reached 100k miles: Synthetic or high mileage oil?

I have 130K on my '04 and I have always used Mobil 1 synthetic. I started with 5w30 and now I use 10w30. No complaints or problems. I change the oil every 12-15K and the filter every 3k.

HOW DO YOU GET TIRE PROTECTANT OFF OF A TIRE?

Try some comet and a tire brush. Cheap and effective. Also works really well keeping your raised white letters white.

    Cupping of Tires

The factory tires are not that great and usually cupping of the tires indicates that you have susupension issues. If you are still running the factory shocks I would immediately get rid of them. There are a number of more suitable shocks that would improve the ride and help to prevent cupping...

    Noisy ride

Thanks Todd. I found the problem. My left from brake caliper was loose just enough to cause the rattle I was hearing and the bumping sound whenever I hit a bump in the road.

    Noisy ride

I have a 04 trac with about 106k miles on it. I am getting a rattling sound coming from the front end when I run over bumps in the road @35 mph or greater. I currently have Monroe Reflex shocks on it of it is about time for some new ones. I haven't changed my ball joints at all yet. But I...

    Some Audio help please!

Try taking a positive from the LR and a negative from the RR. I had this issue on a VW I hooked up a few months ago of which it changed the quality and balance tremendously.

    electrical problem.....need help

Have you considered that the problem with your 12v outlets might be a relay? It's a continuous source of power from the battery. I would look there first. As far as the bright lights not working. They are probably not related but I don't know what might cause such an issue other than the...

Was going to trade her in

Everything is expensive these days. You might want to reconsider the V8 looking at where gas prices are going. I don't think they will ever come below $2.00 again and have the expectation of being around $3.00 near the end of the year.

    Interrior lock switch lights

I noticed the other day that my interior lock switch lights stay on all night. Only those, no other. Has anyone else noticed this or had this problem. I don't remember seeing anything about this in the owners manual.

Just bought Solo-Baric, need Audio help

I would suggest a rockfordfosgate amp. They're tough little amps that are reasonably priced and have all the adjustments you need to produce the sound that you want. It'll take some tweaking but it can be done easily. Also some of their amps are stable at 1 ohm so even if you have a 2 ohm or...
