I have 130K on my '04 and I have always used Mobil 1 synthetic. I started with 5w30 and now I use 10w30. No complaints or problems. I change the oil every 12-15K and the filter every 3k.

Try some comet and a tire brush. Cheap and effective. Also works really well keeping your raised white letters white.

The factory tires are not that great and usually cupping of the tires indicates that you have susupension issues. If you are still running the factory shocks I would immediately get rid of them. There are a number of more suitable shocks that would improve the ride and help to prevent cupping...
