I bought the complete left chain and guide kit (7U3Z6A257A) and the Jack Shaft Kit (2U3Z6D256DA) both from Ford but I found that my tensioner had failed again and everything else (looking from the valve cover anyways) looked good still. I also have the tool kit that is needed also (OTC-6488)...
