What did you do to your Sport Trac today?

This is the thermostat housing I got. Working great.

    Brake fluid disappears

If it's not leaking at the calipers, master cylinder or into the brake booster then only other place I can think of would be one of the connections at the ABS module.

    Battery Light On

I saw a post elsewhere where a guy replaced the negative battery cable even though his looked good and it fixed the problem. I just disconnected the smaller wire to the body, cleaned the connections and the problem disappeared.

Could be leaking into the brake booster

    Battery Light On

No, guess I should go to the parts store and have them scan it. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Battery Light On

    Cooper Rugged Trek's

Thanks, wish I could take credit for the grill guard but that was there when I bought it. It had 3-4 owners the first 10 years and I've had it for the last 8 years.

    Cooper Rugged Trek's

    2010 Front Wheel Bearings

Check RockAuto.com. I've had very good luck with them for brakes and bearings.

    Clunk sound immediately after starting

I'm assuming it happens before you put it in gear? My '04 has been doing the same thing for years, 178k miles now. Doesn't seem to be any pattern to it but no ill effects either.

    Cooper Rugged Trek's

Got these put on last fall, had to trim a little to stop the rubbing but I like the look on my '04. 265/70R-16's.

The right tires really make a difference in the looks of a truck.
