Anybody have experience in removing the rear bumper coveron a adrenalin?

I have a Gen 2 2008 ST. The truck has a 1 1/4 factory receiver trailer hitch. Has anyone tried to change this out to a 2" receiver. I know that the whole hitch is welded in. Not sure if a good welder could cut the small one out and weld in a 2" or just cut out the entire bar between the frame...

The truck has 200,000 miles and needed a carbon cleanout. Well it got cleaned but most ended up in the cats.

My 2008 ST V8 needs new cats. They are clogged and are way too hot on the front side than on the back side, throwing everything out of whack. . Anyone have any experience in replacing the cats. I am looking for the complete setup with the Y pipes. Thanks in advance for any help.

2008 Sport Trac 4.6 V8 2WD. I have been trying to fix this problem for a while. Started getting a shutter in the driveline between 40-60 mph when in OD. If you take it out of OD, no shutter. Added trans additive to add more bite and it fixed the problem for a while until the shutter came back...
