There is a switch on the brake pedal bracket that activates the solenoid. You might look there first since it's a wear part.

Right. I had a board on my '07 go out - a soldered on relay failed and it took 4 months to find a new one. Then it had to be programmed with the VIN. It cost $$$. I'm pretty sure I got one of the last newcones available. The dealer refused to program a used one.

Key fobs are cheap and easy to program. I bought mine from Amazon.

If you live where the roads are salted you should replace the ground straps with heavy insulated wire.

Would you post a link to the fumoto drain valve?

I checked but there are no codes and the check engine light isn't lit. The tracking light came on but it has gone off. I've driven the truck for a few short trips since w/no problem. I'll try some longer distance trips this week and see if it recurs.
