May get totalled, may not. Sounds close.
Either way, if the ST was previously in otherwise great condition you might want to figure out how to keep her and get her fixed.
If totalled, then talk to your insurance company (or the other guy's if in an at-fault state). They may settle with you, paying the total loss amount. You may then be able to buy-back the ST at salvage prices, get her fixed on the cheap by a collision place you trust and will work with you. When I say "on the cheap" and "work with you", some places will drop their prices if you are willing to run around looking for salvage parts, or if you are willing to wait a few weeks to get the vehicle back as they turn your project into pipe-filler work for their techs. Some shops seem to sharpen the pencil on their estimates when they know a person is paying out of pocket than what they would charge if paying an insurance company (shocking as that may seem, ha). When all is said and done you get the ST back, in almost original condition, and re-register under a salvage title if required by your state.
It's better than shopping for a new truck for some folks. If you would have been planning to drive her until she rots, then that might be the way to go, if it comes to that.
Good luck.
