03 Won't Turn Over

I have a reliable 03 with 130K miles. I had it in the driveway the last week with the battery disconnected as I was on and on off again installing a new stereo receiver. I hooked the battery back up to find it was too weak to start. Jumped it to then only have the engine not turn over. Hooked it up to jump start and the engine wouldn't turn over, it only cranks. All lights come on inside the vehicle but it will not start. Battery holds a charge and is not the problem, according to Advance Auto. Any ideas?

Would double check any new wiring or changes that youve made. Make sure no blown fuses.
