2005 Ford Sport Trac Workshop Manual shows 18 and 19 ft/lbs. for the oil pan drain plug.
Oil FILTER shows 10 ft/lbs. in the manual, but few use torque wrenches for oil filters. Remove the old filter gasket if stuck to block and lube new gasket with clean oil. Hand tighten until snug and tighten 1/4 turn more. Done.

V6~4.0L~SOHC torque specs per ExplorerForum says 19pf for the OilDrain.
Since stripping an OilPan when I was teenager, my basic premis has been
tighten snug, test drive, check for leaks, tighten 1/4turn more if needed.
Install a Fumoto#f106n DrainValve during your next OilChange & never again worry about it.
