04 Taurus Door Key Code?

I need help with location of Door Key Code for a 04 Taurus.

Please help.

I have looked under hood, trunk lid posts, tried to look behind glovebox door,

where else would it be?

It should be on a piece of tape on the bottom of the GEM of fuse block under the dash. You may need an angled mirror to see it. It is five digits. Good Luck!!!
