05 Headlight Chime not working for Todd Z

Yes the keys in the ignition chime works but not the headlight chime, that what has me stumped. Thanks so much for your help!

I don't know if they are connected or not, but make sure the rheostat (light dimmer) is not rolled all the way to the off position.

Yup as coastie said, IF not in the previous post I mentioned looking for the headlight chime, IT may be bad or not connected...

Pretty sure the door chime, headlight chime and the key chime are the same module as far as the noise goes...



That is how I found it when I was doing the project to eliminate the door chime.

Thanks gentlemen for your help. I will check into the problem and let you know the solution.

There is one last clue I found yesterday the previous owner hooked up a wire for tailer lights

or an electric brake. I really don't like when someone just hacks into a wiring harness!

Mark they may have messed something up underneath.....



ALSO if they trailered something or Needed axillary lights, they may have disconnected it..
