05 XLT tire size increase

Wondering if I will experience any rub if I replace tires with a size up to 265/75/16, current tires are 255/70/16 Has anyone done this? I am not concerned with speed or odometer inaccuracies.

Unless they are very close to rubbing now, and additional 1/10" diameter and 3/16" inboard and outboard of the rim shouldn't matter.

You're correct have no rub issues, not sure if they're related to my highway vibration problem however.

Should be fine, it is not a big increase, but as long as the suspension is good and the truck didn't settle, they should fit.
