06 Explorer Leather Seats Fit in the 07 trac?

Hey guys i wanted to upgrade my seats to leather and a freind has a wrecked 2006 explorer. I was wondering if I could use the seats out of it? They look exactly like ours in the pics he sent me but im not exactly sure. The rear seat even looks the exact same. Also the drivers seat has power and i do not. Would that cause a problem?

May want to call your local dealer and ask them to compare part numbers for the seat frames. If they are the same then they should fit. May also be worth it to just remove one and test fit. That would naturally be your best bet.

I think the interior is exactly the same other than the door handles. They have the middle mounted shifter also, just like the 07's

The 06 IS the 07 ST....

SO you think it will fit? What about the issues of it being power and mine not having it? Are the non power models prewired like some other ford cars?

Your truck may have the wire under the Matt, but I doubt it... You would have to run wires.. OR buy the harness extension from the dealer..

Why not just use the wiring from the wrecked 06?
