I'm approaching 100k and haven't had any repairs to speak of - just routine maintenance. What should I expect in the the 50k miles?

That's refreshing to hear. Hopefully mine will last that long before needing anything. In the meantime, make sure you get your front end looked at (tie rods, bushings, etc.). Normal wear and tear stuff that I had to deal with after my wife's 97 Expedition passed 100K.

Change all the fluids (meaning axles, tranny, and t-case too) and motor on.
