I need to replace the overflow hose, I believe the part number is 1L5Z-8N029-DB. My local ford dealership says the part is obsolete with no replacement. I'm looking for a aftermarket hose that will work or the dimension of the original so I can make something.

Thanks
A

Disconnect overflow hose from RadiatorCap, measure InsideDiameter, reconnect.
Ask local parts counter for 6ft of Hose with that ID, rated for Coolant; Fuel or ATF rated hose will work otherwise.
Don't pay & trouble with tracking down OEM part; not worth it.

PS: If this hose has gone bad, may have other Coolant hoses that are ready to fail; may be a good time to think about replacing all Coolant Hoses, Fittings, HeaterValve, Pump, Fan+FanClutch, Belt, TStat, TStatHousing, Radiator...
