Just bought a like new ST with 90K. Plugs, wires and battery are original so I'm wondering if I can put on the new plugs and wires as plugs on the right-rear look hard to get to. Anyone have advice on this nad the best plugs wires to buy? Thanks

most had to go the route of removing the tire and going throught the wheel well.. also using a spark plug socket and a box end wrench, or the spark plug socket, a shallow socket and ratchet makes it a little easier..not enought room for an extension and too short for just the socket and ratchet... good luck...

Here is a project someone wrote up on changing the plugs, hope that helps. As for what plugs to go with, just get the ones from Ford. They seem to do the best in these engines.

You can do it IF....... you take off both tires to access thro the wheel wells, use a lot of patience, take your time, have a couple different length of rachet extensions and swivels! Also, BE patient with the spark plug boots.
