2001 Suzuki Marauder ?

Came across a 2001 Suzuki Marauder 800cc for sale and wanted to know if anyone knew anything good/bad about this bike? The guy wants $2,700 and has added all the accessories you can think of minus a windshield and I am pretty sure he will drop to $2,400. Anyone own one and give me a review?

I have a 05 Zuki M50 (Basically the rebadged maruader in the boulevard line up)



That bike is my pride and joy. I've been very satisfied with the VZ800 engine which we share. Drill out the baffles and you have a very mellow sounding machine. Aftermarket stuff is sparse at times, you know it's a harley dominated world in the cruiser line up.



So aside from the seat which BLOWS, I love the bike.

Thanks Yukaputz! Just curious... whats wrong with your seat? The one I test drove was rather comfy. Now its just a matter of hagglin this fella. :wacko:

I find the zuki stock seats on all there bikes are just awfull. there is a whole write up on how to modify the seat. I'm saving my pennies for a corbin. Come checkout the maruader/m50 hideaway. The guys on this board are great. Between mysporttrac and this bike forum, it restored my faith in the internet.
