2002 ST:How to wire in a light bar

The kind that goes on the tailgate and has sequential turn; stop; running & backup.
The only way I cn figure to do it is with two relays, but I would prefer not to use relays. The other two issues I am having I must put on hold until I get some $. The A/C with a mind of its own (it works fine The stops blowing cold, the Resumes later), and the body mounts which rotted away. Am having problems finding the mounting hardware which I am certain is damaged and I'll have to Sawzall to remove.

Can you get a 4 way plug. Then plug it into your 4 way trailer plug. That is what I did on my '04. I installed tape on strips for extra brake and turn signal.
