2003 ST XLT

I have a 2003 ST XLT with 144,298 miles. Transmission went out. Don't think it's actually the transmission. Think it could be just the throttle body but not really sure. Motor runs but after it warms up it sounds like timing chain is rattling but don't know for sure that's what it is. Trying to get $1000 for it. Thought maybe someone who had the time to fix it or use it as a project truck.
