As I posted before but without the pictures the 2005 bed extenders will fit the 2007 ST's. They WILL NOT work with the hard factory tonneau cover. The bed rails on the 2007 are closer together causing the tonneau cover brackets to hit the bed extender.

Also note the 2007 locking pins assembly is a direct bolt on to the 2005 bed extenders!

Thanks for the warning. I'm looking for a bed extender for my 2007. I may have to bite the bullet and buy it from Ford.

wlukus, is your extender from a Sport Trac for sure??

I ask only because the F-150 fits perfectly as well but it is 1.5 inches longer, thus, it hits the hard cover hinge.

Just wondering...

People have E-mailed me asking for pictures so they can understand the problem.

Yes ! The bed extender is from my 2001 Sport Trac which I traded in.I feel the stainless steel bed extenders are higher quality and better design.Thought the locking pins are nicely designed on the 2007.
