2005 sport trac xls keyless entry, standard option?

picking up a 2005 xls tomorrow, the seller tells me it does not have keyless entry, he is the 2nd owner. does the xls trim come with keyless entry or is this an option that the xlt and adrenalin have?

Anyone have any recommendations on getting a keyless entry brand?

Factory remote keyless entry (RKE) not available on XLS, only on XLT and Adrenalin. (See pdf link below page 12)



For basic aftermarket RKE, consider the Viper 211HV (Avital 2101L) or Bulldog KE1702. I bought the Viper a while back from Amazon for $35, but had it professionally installed after looking at the wiring spaghetti under the kick panel. LOL
