2005 St manual tc case options

what works what doesn't I've converted my 03 to a 4x4 from a 2wd. now I dont want to deal with electrics for t case. what manual t case will bolt up to my 5455e transmission without any driveshaft modifications or what's best route thanks Dave

Nothing, The 2wd trans requires complete disassemble to change the shaft for conversions. you must change the whole trans to a complete 4wd trans....

2002 Ranger FX4's and 2003 Ranger FX4 Level II's had a manual t-case when equipped with a manual transmission. That would be the easiest swap, downside is that they are scarce as hen's teeth and chicken lips.
